Past Performance Standardization Across Agencies


The gist of the new FAR 75 Fed. Reg. 46,783 is that the government is attempting to force all federal agencies to get serious about past performance during the next three fiscal years. Many of the issues with the current system were uncovered in 2007. 2009 and then again in 2012 (current review) by the GAO causing the DoD, GSA and NASA to push for these changes.
