  11. Basic company information including DUNS,TIN,  SAM registry, Special Item Number (SINs) to be offered,scope of contract, accounting system - all from questionnaire
  12. Readiness Assessment
  13. Ability One screening for products to be offered and information on how it will be monitored/li>
  14. Trade Agreement monitoring information
  15. Up to 20 (minimum of 4) client references for Open Rating Report
  16. At least one UPC per SIN if not the manufacturer (not always)
  17. Pictures for GSA Advantage upload
  18. Defined economic price adjustment vehicle for out years

  2. Professional compensation plan
  3. SCA matrix and related wage determination
  4. One invoice per labor category offered to support either the commercial or MFC pricing.
